Project Overview
A new headquarters built around manufacturing, people and long-term growth.
Advanced Building Corporation delivered a new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for Wick Buildings in Mazomanie, Wisconsin, combining production, warehouse, assembly, office, training and employee-support functions in one coordinated campus.
The project included approximately 98,172 square feet of first-floor space and 9,843 square feet of second-floor space. Major components included a 300-by-300-foot pre-engineered metal warehouse and manufacturing building, a 110-by-75-foot office building with mezzanine, steel and wood shop areas, finished-goods storage, a learning center, offices, employee spaces, site utilities, paving, fencing, stormwater ponds, biofilter areas, landscaping and a fully sprinklered building.
